Main Course

Fondue de Poulet à la Dijonnaise - a casserole of chicken thigh fillet, onions, white wine & Dijon mustard
Lamb Printanier – a casserole of lamb sirloin cubes, capsicum & celery in a rich red wine sauce
Atlantic Salmon - rich in Omega 3

The main course is accompanied by jasmine rice, minted peas and butter beans

Dessert 

Chocolate Mousse - fine dark chocolate with Cointreau
Steamed golden syrup pudding with ice cream- a classic favourite
Sticky date pudding with Bailey's chocolate sauce
