| The tariff includes a full-cooked breakfast which is made to order & served in the dining room Dinner at Abby Lodge is usually available by arrangement. Supper can be provided Lunch can be provided by arrangement for guests staying two or more nights. Security is provided by the use of a key which opens the door to the bedroom as well as the main entrance door. A safe is provided in each room for valuables Tea and coffee making facilities together with a refrigerator are in each room. There are RC air-conditioning controls in each room which guests may adjust to their own comfort setting. Direct-dial telephones are available for making out-going calls. Wi-Fi Internet connection is available on request between 7am & 9pm. An iron, ironing board and hairdryer are available for use during your stay. There are no guests' laundry facilities. A laundry service is available for guests staying three or more nights. Cost of laundering and light ironing is $35.00 for a bag up to 4kgm. There is a comfortable Guest Lounge Here there is a widescreen TV with Austar channels, games and reading material. Car parking for houseguests is provided free of charge in allocated places just in front of the building. Access into and out of Abby Lodge is by sealed road and is controlled by a security sliding gate near the entrance. Guests will be issued with a remote control that will open the gate. Several walking tracks have been made through the bushland and guests are invited to use these at any time during daylight hours. We advise guests to dress appropriately and keep a safe distance from wild animals at all times. We accept payment by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX & Diners Club. We can also accept advance payment by cash to a bank account Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property for health and safety reasons. Abby Lodge is for adults only. Native animals - typically kangaroos, wallabies, wombats, echidnas, kookaburras, wood duck & owls - are free to roam the grounds. Consequently Abby Lodge not suitable for anyone under the age of 18 and no children's facilities are available. Guests' animals are not allowed on the property. Note that, sometimes, there is poor mobile phone reception at Abby Lodge.
